Strategic Contribution
? Contribute to the ICT strategy by identifying and recommending improvements to current systems and aligning them with organizational goals.
? Ensure that information systems support operational and strategic objectives, offering innovative solutions that improve business processes.
? Provide services within the domain of the job description to the organization, its subsidiary companies, and its other assets, as required by the Line Manager, in accordance with the organization’s needs and directives from senior management.

OMRAN being a Group/Holding level government-owned company, it is expected from all its staff members to provide services within the domain of their Job Description to OMRAN, its subsidiary companies, and its other assets, whenever required and requested by their Line Managers in accordance to the company’s needs and as seen appropriate by the senior management of OMRAN. ? Manage and administer the process of Oracle ERP System in the areas of Finance, Procurement, HR, Projects and EPM.
? Collaborate with business units to understand their processes and define system requirements based on user needs and business goals.
? Develop functional and technical specifications, ensuring that system designs are aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
? Work with developers and external vendors to implement system changes and enhancements based on approved designs.
? Develop test cases and scenarios to ensure that implemented systems function as expected and meet business requirements.
? Ensure seamless integration of new systems or modules with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
? Provide user support during system rollouts and ensure that training materials are developed to help users adapt to new systems.
? Monitor the performance of systems post-implementation and resolve issues to ensure high system availability and performance.
? Identify opportunities to optimize business processes through technology, driving automation, and streamlining workflows.
? Perform System administration, control change management and manage user access.

? Work closely with project managers to ensure the timely delivery of system changes and enhancements.
? Analyze and evaluate current business processes and IT systems to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
? Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to ensure systems are optimized for performance and scalability.
? Manage relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring that services and solutions provided meet organizational standards.
Perform other related tasks or assignments as directed by Line Manager. Education & Experience
? Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
? Minimum 4 years of experience in system analysis, design and implementation in a business or ICT environment.
? Minimum 4 years of experience in Oracle ERP Functional and Technical in areas of (Finance, Procurement, HR, Projects and EPM).
Experience with system development methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall, is preferred.
