0 Internship Purpose This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for HR and a desire to learn and contribute to our team. Responsibilities - Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules and logistics.
- Assist in conducting initial interviews and reference checks.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
- Support HR team in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
- Assist in developing training materials and presentations.
- Track training attendance and evaluations.
- Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
- Support HR team in compiling and analyzing HR metrics and reports.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
