Internship Purpose

This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a passion for HR and a desire to learn and contribute to our team.

 
Responsibilities
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Assist in posting job openings on job boards and social media platforms.
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and logistics.
  • Assist in conducting initial interviews and reference checks.
  • Assist in maintaining employee records and databases.
  • Support HR team in handling employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events.
  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops.
  •  Assist in developing training materials and presentations.
  • Track training attendance and evaluations.
  • Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Support HR team in compiling and analyzing HR metrics and reports.
  • Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.

 Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
