Internship Purpose

The purpose of OMRAN’s internship program (TADREEB) is to leverage talent to the tourism industry and provide real-world experience that enables you to put everything you’ve learned into action. Our internship program will help you gain skills that can be applied to future jobs and build a network in the tourism industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt support to staff in any IT relevant requirements.
• Assist OMRAN’s staff in overcoming daily IT technical issues.
• Setup and troubleshoot phones, computers, printers, access control, and scanners.
• Implement all Windows and ready-made software installations as per the requirements of OMRAN day-to-day operations.
• Conduct IT induction to newly joined staff.
• Support site offices of Omran projects as required.
• Weekly\Monthly status reports to OMRAN ICT Operation CoE Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
