Position: Asset Analyst-Secondment Opportunity (6 months)-National Omani Hospitality Company (Dhiaffa)

Purpose
 
To provide support to the Asset Director in charge of the hospitality portfolio from asset handover to divestment in accordance with the Omani regulations and
world-class quality standards ensuring optimum achievement of customer satisfaction, profitability, business development and growth in accord with the business
plans.
 
Strategy & Business Plan
  • Assist in achieving OMRANs efficiency and effectiveness through the development of the Asset Management processes & policies
Leadership & People
  • Perform routine administrative activities required of an Asset and Account Expert.
  • Perform as an effective member in supporting the unit in ensuring that the tasks following the objectives are completed accurately daily.
  • Seek support and guidance from the AD.
  • Foster a culture of teAD spirit, co-operation, and continuous self?development within the unit.
Group
  • OMRAN being a Group/Holding level government-owned company, it is expected from all its staff members to provide services within the domain of their Job Description to OMRAN, its subsidiary companies and its other assets, whenever required and requested by their Line
  • Managers in accordance with the company’s needs and as seen appropriate by the senior management of OMRAN.
Operational
  • Prepare and process correspondences promptly inc. RFP’s, agendas, letters and general documents.
  • Provide support to the Asset director with regard to drafting presentations, strategic plans, research and data analysis.
  • Explore improvement opportunities with the hotel management and initiate business cases with the AD.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, follow up on deadlines.
  • Maintain schedules and calendars.
  • Arrange and confirm appointments.
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts regarding project-related matters.
  • Responsible for the recording of incoming and outgoing specified project?related documentation.
  • Follow up with the properties on various deadlines related to Capex, Opex and other hotels operations related tasks.
  • Organizing, recording minutes and following up with the hotel managementon BRMs and points related to the BRMs.
  • Coordinate with the hotels the implementation and execution of marketing promotions and other revenues generating schemes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the management.
Related Assignments
  • Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics or business management
  • 0-3 years’ experience in a similar role (Preferable)
  • Excellent IT Skills. i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.
