Purpose

The Project Development Manager – Attractions at Oman Adventure Center is responsible for planning, developing, and implementing attraction-based projects that enhance visitor engagement and overall tourism offerings.

Responsibilities

· Support the strategic development of attraction projects.

· Identify opportunities to enhance visitor experiences.

· Manage the full project lifecycle of attraction developments.

· Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-impact attractions.

· Optimize project efficiency and operational readiness.

· Assist in budget preparation and financial oversight of projects.

· Research and analyze adventure tourism trends globally and regionally to identify growth opportunities.

· Collaborate with government tourism bodies to position Oman as a global adventure tourism hub.

· Benchmark Oman Adventure Center’s offerings against top global adventure destinations.

· Promote responsible and eco-friendly adventure tourism practices to align with environmental goals.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in attraction development.

Expertise in attractions and experience development. Strong project management and financial acumen.
