Position: TADREEB Intern - Administration & Business Support

Internship Purpose
This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in administrative tasks and receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and contribute to our organization.
 
Responsibilities
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Prepare meeting rooms and necessary materials.
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Respond to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
  • Assist in maintaining office inventory and vendor relationships.
  • Coordinate with building management for any facilities-related issues.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or related field.
