Internship Purpose This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in administrative tasks and receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn and contribute to our organization. Responsibilities - Answer and transfer incoming calls in a professional manner.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Assist in organizing and scheduling appointments and meetings.
- Prepare meeting rooms and necessary materials.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees.
- Respond to inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
- Assist in resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
- Monitor and order office supplies and equipment as needed.
- Assist in maintaining office inventory and vendor relationships.
- Coordinate with building management for any facilities-related issues.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or related field.
